Core staff members are vital to a good summer camp program. They provide stability throughout the summer and they assist with showing new or weekly volunteers how the program is run. They provide a sense of a team with is invaluable!

This is a six week commitment and since these young people are taking this time off work and saving up for college and things like that we want to be able to pay them. Eagle's Nest Ministry Centre is prepared to give each core staff member $150.00 per week for a total of 900.00. They are also given the option of raising their own funds up to 250.00 per week for a maximum of 400.00 per week. 

Any funds that a core staff member recieves above the maximum will  be distributed equally among the other staff.
